These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of tidytinkerbellcleaning.com and to services provided by Tidy TinkerBell Cleaning Services (“Tidy TinkerBell,” “we,” “us”). By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms. Any written estimate or service agreement we provide for your specific job controls if it differs from these general terms.

1. Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning (including house, deep, Airbnb/short-term rental, move-in/move-out, recurring, one-time, janitorial, office, and post-construction cleaning) as well as pet sitting and house sitting in Collin County and the surrounding Dallas–Fort Worth area. Service descriptions on this website are general; the exact scope of your service is confirmed in your estimate or booking.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are free and are based on the information you provide, such as home size, condition, and service frequency. If the actual condition or size of the space is significantly different from what was described, we will talk with you before adjusting the scope or price.

3. Scheduling & Changes

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or by email. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible at (945) 268-2415. Any scheduling or cancellation terms specific to your service will be shared with you when you book.

4. Access, Safety & Preparation

  • Please provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time, including any gate codes, keys, or alarm instructions.
  • Please let us know about pets in the home and any special instructions for them.
  • Please secure cash, jewelry, firearms, medications, and other valuables or sensitive items before your cleaning.
  • Please tell us about any surfaces or items that need special care.
  • We may decline or stop work in conditions we reasonably believe are unsafe for our team.

5. What Is Not Included

Unless agreed to in writing, the following are not part of our standard service:

  • Laundry: We do not provide laundry services. There are too many variables involved in in-home laundry, and it would keep us from completing your home in a time frame that allows for competitive pricing. (For Airbnb turnovers, we make beds with the clean linens you provide; washing linens is not included.)
  • Dishes: Washing dishes is not part of our standard service. Please load the dishwasher or clear the sink before we arrive so we can clean and sanitize the sink and counters.
  • Pickup: We clean — we don’t declutter. Please pick up clothing, toys, papers, and personal items beforehand so our time goes toward cleaning your home.
  • Grout Restoration: We scrub tile and grout surfaces, but we do not perform grout restoration such as re-grouting, sealing, staining, or color-correcting.
  • Moving Furniture: For safety reasons, and to protect your floors and furniture, we will not move heavy furniture or appliances. We will move items that can be easily moved — like dining chairs — to clean underneath. If you need us to clean behind a stove, refrigerator, or large furniture, please have it pulled out in advance.
  • Work on Ladders: For the safety of our team and your home, we do not work on ladders. High areas are cleaned only where they can be safely reached from the floor or a small step stool.
  • Interior of Cabinets & Appliances: Cleaning inside cabinets, the oven, and the refrigerator is not part of a standard house cleaning. These interiors are included with our Deep Cleaning and Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning services.

6. Satisfaction & Concerns

If something was missed or you are not happy with any part of your service, please contact us promptly so we can review it and make it right.

7. Breakage or Damage

Our team takes great care in your home. If you believe something was damaged during a service, please notify us promptly and we will review the matter with you. We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear, pre-existing conditions, improperly secured or installed items, or items we were not told required special care.

8. Photos

We may photograph our completed work for quality control and to show on our website and social media, without customer names or street addresses. Tell us if you prefer that no photos of your property be taken or shared.

9. Website Use

The content on this website, including text, logos, and images, belongs to Tidy TinkerBell or is used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent. Information on this site is provided for general purposes and may change without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tidy TinkerBell is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for any dispute shall be in Collin County, Texas.
