What areas does Tidy TinkerBell serve?
We are based in McKinney and serve Collin County and the surrounding Dallas–Fort Worth area, including McKinney, Plano, Allen, Frisco, Prosper, Celina, Anna, Princeton, Melissa, Fairview, Lucas, Wylie, Murphy, Sachse, Richardson. If you are nearby and don’t see your city, call us — we may still be able to help.
What cleaning services do you offer?
We offer House Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Cleaning, Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning, Recurring Cleaning, One-Time Cleaning, Janitorial Services, Office Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning. We also provide pet sitting and house sitting.
How much does a house cleaning cost?
Every home is different, so pricing depends on the size of your home, its condition, and how often you would like service. We provide free, no-obligation estimates with no hidden fees.
How do I book a cleaning?

What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with half-day availability on Saturday and Sunday.
How often can I schedule recurring cleaning?
Recurring cleaning is available weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. One-time cleanings are available too, with no contract.
What is the difference between a standard cleaning and a deep cleaning?
A standard house cleaning keeps your home fresh with dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms. A deep cleaning goes further to detail baseboards, door frames, light fixtures, vents, and the inside of the oven, refrigerator, and emptied cabinets. Many clients start with a deep clean before moving to recurring service.
Do you do laundry or dishes?
No. Laundry and washing dishes are not part of our services. Please load the dishwasher or clear the sink before we arrive so we can clean and sanitize it.
Will you move furniture?
For safety and to protect your floors and furniture, we do not move heavy furniture or appliances. We will move items that are easy to move, like dining chairs. If you want us to clean behind a stove, refrigerator, or large furniture, please pull it out before we arrive.
Do you clean on ladders?
No. For safety, we do not work on ladders. High areas are cleaned only where they can be safely reached from the floor or a small step stool.
Should I pick up before you come?
Yes, please. Picking up clothes, toys, papers, and personal items lets us spend our time cleaning instead of tidying.
Do you clean Airbnbs and short-term rentals?
Yes. We provide turnovers between guest stays that include making beds with the clean linens you provide, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces so your rental is ready for the next guest.
Do you clean offices and businesses?
Yes. We provide janitorial and office cleaning on daily, weekly, or custom schedules for local businesses.
Is Tidy TinkerBell insured?
Yes. Tidy TinkerBell is a locally owned, insured cleaning company founded by Carrie Martin.
Do you offer pet sitting?
